1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Camp Chieflings (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
2.1 Platform Overview
Camp Chieflings is a faith-based personal and professional development platform offering:
- Membership Programs: Digital membership access (CHILD and CHIEF tiers) providing access to educational content, newsletters, learning tools, and community features
- Digital Products: E-books, guides, affirmation cards, book summaries, courses, and other downloadable content
- Print-on-Demand Products: Customized physical products manufactured and shipped based on user orders
- Community Features: Forums, discussions, and networking opportunities (availability varies by membership level)
- Educational Resources: Blog content, Bible studies, case studies, prayers, quotes, and professional development materials
2.2 Faith-Based Nature of Service
Camp Chieflings is explicitly designed as a faith-based platform for Christian professionals. Our content is informed by Christian principles and biblical perspectives. We make no representation that all content will be universally applicable to users of different faith traditions. Users acknowledge they are engaging with faith-based educational and developmental content.
2.3 No Professional Advice
The Service provides educational and informational content only. Content available through the Service is not intended to constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, psychological, or theological advice. Users should not rely exclusively on information from the Service for professional decision-making. We strongly encourage you to:

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
3.1 Membership Levels
CHILD Membership (Free)
- Basic access to selected resources
- Basic site engagement features
- Access to basic newsletters
- Display ads visible on platform
CHIEF Membership ($19/month or $227.88/year)
- All CHILD features plus:
- Premium newsletter access
- Ad-free browsing experience
- Unlimited access to premium publications
- Access to AI learning tools
- Access to exclusive promo discounts
- Enhanced site engagement features
3.2 Membership Activation
Membership becomes active upon successful payment processing. If you are creating a free CHILD membership account, access begins immediately upon account creation and email verification. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your membership level and access instructions.
3.3 Billing and Payment
All monetary transactions are processed through Paystack (our payment processor) and are subject to their terms and conditions. By providing payment information, you authorize Camp Chieflings and Paystack to charge your chosen payment method.
Billing Cycle: Paid memberships (CHIEF) are billed either monthly or annually based on your selection at checkout. Your billing date is the same day each month (or the last day of the month if applicable) or anniversary date for annual plans.
Payment Authorization: You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the membership fee and any applicable taxes. If payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment continues to fail after reasonable attempts, your membership will be cancelled.
Currency and Taxes: Prices are displayed in USD or local currency as applicable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges. The Company will remit sales tax where required by law.
3.4 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty or additional justification required.
Cancellation Process:
- Log into your account and navigate to your Membership Account page
- Select the “Cancel Membership” option
- Confirm your cancellation request
Timing of Cancellation:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to all membership benefits through the end of your paid billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
- Upon expiration, your membership level will revert to CHILD (free)
For Recurring Subscription Cancellations: When you initiate cancellation, your recurring payment subscription is immediately cancelled at the payment gateway level. However, you maintain access to your membership level through the end of your current billing cycle.
No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation: Once your current billing period ends, your membership will automatically expire and revert to CHILD level. You will not be charged for renewal.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination
Camp Chieflings reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership account if:
- Payment information becomes invalid and cannot be updated
- The account is used in violation of these Terms or applicable law
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity
- The account is engaged in harassment, abuse, or prohibited conduct
- The account violates the Community Guidelines or Code of Conduct
In cases of suspension or termination for cause, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason. Account suspension does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid membership fees.
3.6 Membership Modifications
Camp Chieflings reserves the right to:
- Modify membership tier benefits at any time
- Adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing members
- Introduce new membership tiers
- Discontinue membership levels with 60 days’ notice
Existing members will not experience price increases for their current billing period. Price changes take effect at the time of your next renewal.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
4.1 Digital Product License
Upon purchase of a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the digital products.
4.2 Permitted Uses
You may:
- Download and save digital products for your personal reference
- Print digital products for personal use
- Share key learnings or principles from products in your own original communications
- Use products as tools for your personal development
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or republish digital products
- Share download links, files, or access credentials with others
- Create derivative works based on the digital products
- Use products for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
- Post full copies of products online or on social media
- Share products in bulk with groups (membership provides legitimate group access)
4.3 Digital Product Quality
Camp Chieflings makes reasonable efforts to ensure that digital products are free from malware and display correctly on standard devices. However, the Company makes no warranty regarding:
- Compatibility with specific devices or software versions
- Absence of errors or omissions in content
- Fitness for specific purposes
- Uninterrupted access or availability
Digital products are provided “as-is” without warranties. Some content may become outdated over time. The Company is not responsible for ensuring all information remains current or universally applicable.
4.4 Access and Delivery
- Digital Products: Upon purchase and successful payment, you will receive an email with download links and access instructions
- Delivery Method: Products are delivered via email and/or account portal access
- Re-download: You may re-download purchased digital products from your account for 24 months after purchase
- No Physical Shipment: Digital products are electronic only and are not physically mailed
5. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
5.1 Print-on-Demand Ordering
Camp Chieflings offers select products through print-on-demand manufacturing (the “POD Products”). These products are manufactured to order by third-party POD providers and are subject to these Terms as well as the print-on-demand provider’s terms.
5.2 Specifications and Customization
When ordering POD products, you may customize certain aspects (names, dates, colors, etc.) within available options. You are responsible for:
- Verifying all customization specifications before placing the order
- Ensuring text, images, and content do not infringe on third-party rights
- Confirming spelling, names, and personal information is correct
The Company is not responsible for errors in customization that result from your input or failure to verify specifications before order confirmation.
5.3 Manufacturing and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days before shipping
- Shipping: POD products are shipped via standard courier service (exact method varies by location)
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before order confirmation
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 5-14 business days from order placement, depending on location
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email
- International Orders: International shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our direct control.

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
6.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for email newsletters, marketing communications, and customer engagement. By joining our mailing list or membership, you consent to receiving emails from us via Brevo. You may unsubscribe at any time using the links in our emails. Refer to our Privacy Policy and Brevo’s terms for details on how your email address is handled.
9.3 Forms and Data Collection
We use Forminator for collecting information through contact forms, surveys, and registration forms. Data collected through Forminator is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Forminator’s terms of service.
9.4 Advertising
Our Service displays advertisements, including:
- Google AdSense ads
- Monetag ads
- Affiliate links (particularly Amazon Associates)

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Governing Law

13.2 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with Camp Chieflings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@chieflings.com with a detailed description of the dispute.
13.3 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration shall be administered by an arbitral institution mutually agreed upon by the parties or, if no agreement is reached, by the International Court of Arbitration.
Exceptions to Arbitration:
- Small claims or disputes under $5,000 USD may be brought in small claims court
- Intellectual property disputes may be brought in court
- Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm
13.4 Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree that any arbitration shall be on an individual basis. Class actions, consolidated actions, and representative actions are not permitted. You waive the right to participate in class action disputes.
13.5 Attorney’s Fees
Except as permitted by law, each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and costs in any dispute. If you prevail in arbitration or litigation on claims that allow for attorney’s fees under applicable law, fees may be awarded.
14. TERMINATION
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Logging into your account
- Navigating to Account Settings
- Selecting “Delete Account”
- Following the confirmation steps
Account deletion is permanent. You may not recover data or content after deletion.
14.2 Termination by Camp Chieflings
Camp Chieflings may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:
- Immediately, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct
- With 30 days’ notice, if we discontinue the Service or specific features
- Without notice, if required by law or to prevent harm
14.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
- You are responsible for any outstanding charges or fees
- Paid membership fees are not refunded (except as provided in the Return and Refund Policy)
