This a snippet from Paul’s teaching on spiritual gift in his first letter to the Corinthian Church. γλωσσῶν (glōssōn) is the Greek word that translates as speaking in different kinds of tongues . It occurs 50 times in the entire Greek manuscript either referring to a God-inspired language, the common language of a people or the tongue as an organ.
